We now know that this is due to our immune system going in overdrive; the presence of stress hormones can actually cause changes in how our skin cells reproduce - and for some of us, that heightened state of immune response becomes the norm so our skin never really settles.

We can tackle this together in two ways - firstly, by calming that stress response so your immune system returns to 'normal'; and secondly by helping you with any habits that are having a negative impact on your skin.
